@hostdime Guys REALLY not trying to be a pain but need aome detail of getting COLO back online instead of the generic 'we are working on it'

A very bad way to start the work week. @hostdime servers go down inexplicably leaving us with no site or email access. Very disconcerting.

@hostdime offline for maintenance in the middle of the day. I made the mistake of keeping my email on the same server to reduce costs.
