@hostdime Ongoing ticket 459572. Latest problem arose after support team "tweaked" some settings, which seemed to break database updating.

@bigwetfish @hostdime we are. still an ongoing issue but we have activated our fail over. should be able to chat once your DNS is updated.

.@hostdime unacceptable hosting service. Email and sites have been down for the better part of 24 hours. No one responding to tickets.
