Excellent: just now got a first new dedicated server from Hetzner outfitted with 240GB SSDs. Twice as large as what they previously offered.

The SSDs used in Hetzner's dedicated servers are OCZ Vertex 3 (120GB) and Intel SSD 520 Series (240GB). Both are decent MLC SATA-3 drives.

@Dinosn I'm in US, have been using Hetzner.de for many months, no issues noticed yet. Running IRC bouncer, bots, and voip client

Hetzner has broken the interweb! Uncanny how it coincides with the exact time of go-live of a big site we've been working on.
