@chriscappuccio, don't have no BGP, in case of hetzner.de and @henet, the bottleneck might as well be at DEIX. Try 100MB.iso at hetzner.de.

It took Hetzner support 12 minutes to replace a failed disk. Their network sucks, but their support people are quick.
