ooh hetzner has USA servers now (Ashburn, Virginia) - not as good as west coast USA or Singapore, but better than Europe!

@nuansean @k1LL_sw17ch Hetzner is terrible. NOTHING GOOD COMES OUT OF HETZNER. Add it to your bogons firewall list and NEVER LOOK BACK.
