#hetzner please update your status page, RZ20 has massive problems as well! (can not reach server through ssh/ trace shows packet loss> 95%)

ATTN: The bli.ms server is currently down. A search for 'hetzner' here shows that the host network is having problems.

Hetzner network is under attack. Currently reaching about 60 gbit/s. Makes your own network issues seem pretty damn insignificant...
