For anyone looking at using Hetzner's new EX41 "Skylake" systems as a Xen host, Debian 8.2 and Ubuntu 14.10 Xen kernels will boot loop

@brunosutic I think Hetzner is probably the best way to go:) Have a vServer there with 1GB RAM etc., pretty good service for the most part.

@timshier afrihost by far. Web interface rocks and great price. Hetzner is cheapest but has single point of failure topology

@FabianTweetr Hetzner has the best value-specs options, but they are limited to European locations.
