Very happy w/ @Hostway. In less than 5 mins, online support updated PHP & sent in supprt tix for MySQL upgrade 2 be done in 24 hrs. Awesome!

@Hostway and netnation fail to respond to my customer support inquiries. Classic case of what NOT to do. Complaints to ICANN here we come

@sandrum I'd hate to think there actually was, or is a problem. Hostway (my provider) didn't find any issues when they went over the site.
