@Hostway and netnation fail to respond to my customer support inquiries. Classic case of what NOT to do. Complaints to ICANN here we come

@sandrum I'd hate to think there actually was, or is a problem. Hostway (my provider) didn't find any issues when they went over the site.

@Hostway 3 weeks talked to their online support staff, called them from Pakistan, sent emails but no one bothered to help. Poor #webhosting
