@HGSupport @HostGator I need ticket FFW-30872022 escalated. Level 1 support is horrible and does not read the tickets properly.

@hostgator has bad customer support. My site is down and I still haven't received a proper solution even after so many hours.

@hostgator > spent 2+ hrs to resolve an issue 11:38 PM and finally sites are up after being down since 8:15 PM !!! unacceptable !!!
