@HostGator Two weeks later. Ticket still open. No response. Mail gateway still on Trend RBL. F#$%ing hopeless.

@pray_4_real Try it now. Hostgator sometimes does maintenance and that will cause the error notice to appear.

#horriblecustomerservice Hostgator average response to Technical service call averages 25 - 40 minutes on hold. Terrible!
