72 hours is one thing @HostGator but 5 days and counting for a site migration between servers you own is simply ridiculous. We're dying!

@HostGator your customer service sucks. Your ticket responses are generic (and sometimes a week late), and you never answer the phone.

UPDATE ON THE SITE BEING DOWN: We still have no response from @HostGator - 2 days and my ticket hasn't been touched once.

@HGSupport YOU CANNOT SERVE LINKS ON A DOMAIN YOU DO NOT OWN. That is exactly what malware does! Can't you see YOU'RE THE PROBLEM @HostGator

The worst part is @HostGator won't even reply to my tickets. I've contacted @SiteLock like they forced me to do, but they are now stalling.
