@tnorthcutt wpengine is great for production, but for dev I need no caching and ssh access. They can't provide that

@wpengine Still not happy with the experience overall. Too many hoops to jump. But, I'll stick it out for now. Maybe tomorrow will be better

@wpengine Can't submit support ticket: "There was an error creating a Zendesk user for you. Please try again." Not impressed at all so far.

@wpengine Yes. Zendesk error resolved itself and I was able to submit a ticket.
