@wpengine Suggestion: It would be helpful to have an easy way to have access to clients’ installs and support tickets all in one place.

@chrispatterson @shanezilla @tritchey I forgot! @Metakite is on @wpengine. A Fireball shouldn't be a problem. Now @release_notes OTOH…
