@rundrinkeat yes ended up using WPEngine and so far so good. GREAT customer service (Fast, 24/7) and pretty easy to switch over. Thumbs up!

It seems ridiculous that you have to create an account in zendesk to cancel an account on WPEngine. Hiding cancel option is lame.
