@wpengine The site looks great! The user portal favicon didn't change, so I was really surprised when I saw the bright colors.

@AZTravelGuy we definitely aren't, it's an ongoing issue. Complain to @wpengine they are incapable or unwilling to investigate

Support on @wpengine has suffered greatly in the past few months. No chat. No call back that works. Bad docs. Wait until night to call.
