@dotBen @wpengine If you are 30K in the air, however, they should be able to give you coffee, even if it isn't very GOOD coffee.

@CorbettBarr I don't use WPEngine myself and frankly never would. A lot of my clients use/have used it and it's usually not a good time.

@austingunter Based on our experience so far, we certainly can't recommend @WPEngine to anyone. We were expecting much better service.

@wpengine @williamsba @martin1975 if you never dropped a production database at age 30 you failed your sysadmin life.
