@wpengine day 3 of my clients site being down. Your customer service has been SLOW & unhelpful. I can't even get anyone on phone! Help!

@WooSupport Yes, just did, getting a redirect error, & when unchecking force SSL, it went away, WPEngine recommended I leave that unchecked

@wpengine down again due to DDOS. My company site is def down! Your homepage is up, but not my site.. Of course..Super frustrating!

@wpengine @CloudFlare my wpengine site went down, they're having upstream connectivity issues, but when i bypass CF, works again.
