@wpengine used to loves ya man, but now that I pay for PRO service, my wait times for live chat increased 4 fold. #fail

@wpengine sucks, if i have ever recommended it to anyone, i take back what i said, they don't even monitor db space for sessions

@wpengine he emailed me right after we moved over to say i needed to upgrade as well. just very frustrated with these surprises.
