Nothing I hate more than support that wastes my time @wpengine is on my SHIT list today. Sloppy support almost 3hrs late I figured out issue

.@wpengine is the worst WP hosting know to humankind. Not only do they go down all the time 1. They never let us know 2. They never know why

@wpengine My site has an SSL error. I can't Live Chat because it seems to be down. I can't see a way to email you. I need support.
