@wpengine @WPESupport Thanks I thought that seemed a little odd. I like Zendesk too, but seems to get my accounts confused sometimes

@CoreyFreeman Yep. @wpengine has banned Pippity and supposedly they're working together for a fix but as a customer I'm waiting and waiting
