@WPESupport @wpengine At least, we'd expect a polite response saying something is being done about it. This is too poor a customer service.

@syedbalkhi After 2-years, I'm leaving them. Down 3 times in 1-week, yesterday for 7 hrs. Ridiculous. Had enough. @WPEngine, here I come!
