.@wpengine's new policy of forcing live chat rather than opening a ticket means i spend more time for less accountability. terrible idea.

@wpengine Really missing the feature that estimated how long until until a support engineer will be able to chat. Frustrated. Have no clue.

WPEngine has decided that all single-quote URIs (e.g. <img src='/...'> vs. "<img src="/...">) are a threat. Load 30 of those, IP = blacklist
