Disappointented in @wpengine - Worst support system, chat only, and it disconnects often. Finally moving off of their servers. #wordpress

Going on a 2.5 hour blog outage at @wpengine I am NOT happy about this. Time to look for a new hoster.

Disappointed with @wpengine support today. Wondering why I’m paying at all for 36 hours and counting wait for an “urgent” ticket.
