@Ticketmaster your system is horrible! There is no way it should take 30 minutes to order tickets. Get @wpengine and speed up the server!

@wpengine Nope, that is MODX. Wordpress is like IKEA for websites. You change it - it's broken.

Never mention the word "code" to @wpengine, their support folks ignore the problem and go into the "we are not devs" mode
