I'm still not 100% happy with @WPEngine, but they deserve all the kudos for working hard to resolve my issues. I'm going to stay with them.

@wpengine poor support, after a week of waiting to help with a plugin "This plugin is fairly sophisticated" no its not-its an email notifier

Sat in all day waiting for @WPEngine to call me back. WAS ready to purchase, now concerned about support if sales are this slow. #wphosting
