Well apparently at @WPEngine, their website doesn't talk to their billing system. Updates in one are not reflected in the other. Big #fail

@elisadoucette Make sure it doesn't happen again. Shared hosting (which @wpengine technically is) can get your IP banned b/c of neighbors.
