@wpengine No worries. I was frustrated but understand that the DDoS was completely out of your control. @aweber went through it recently too

@wpengine Still not happy with the experience overall. Too many hoops to jump. But, I'll stick it out for now. Maybe tomorrow will be better

@wpengine Can't submit support ticket: "There was an error creating a Zendesk user for you. Please try again." Not impressed at all so far.

@wpengine Yes. Zendesk error resolved itself and I was able to submit a ticket.
