nothing but grrrrr from @wpengine. My site is down for so long, they have to give me several free months. They overcharge instead.

@wpengine I would hope by now you know I have opened a ticket. However for two days your staff has proven quite incapable of resolving this

@jorhett Yes, hence the -e ssh switch. :) And, I know, wpengine doesn't offer rsync. It's my only quibble with their hosting.
