@site5 switches to a new ticketing system for support. Doesn't migrate open tickets. #customerservice #fail

If you're on site5, you should probably leave. Any other site5 user can serve content via your domain :( Really disappointing.

@itspriddle @eng5com Too bad site5 is owned by EIG they seem to have a bad rep. Slow Cs and the like.

Not impressed by @Site5 support. 7 Hours and waiting. That’s a no go if you host important sites / email accounts with them.
