TFW the festival you've been working on for 2 years starts in 24 hrs & due to continued @site5 incompetence, site & email accounts are down.

@AlSpaulding @site5 @site5supersam Looks like the old Site5 support team just got binned and replaced by EIG. Not looking good.

@site5 It got taken care of via phone support. I must say, your live chat is rather bad, Spent 40-50mins live chat, was solve in 8 via call.
