@site5 used to have excellent customer service and instant chat replies... Now lots of waiting. What a shame.

PSA: I'd discourage anyone from ever using @Site5 for hosting. Several clients of mine use their services. #verydisappointed

@site5 wow almost an hour later, still not resolved and no status update. Live chat also doesn't work. Great 99.99% uptime guarantee.. Pfft

Loved my six yrs at #Site5 on Abuse/SH. 100% Remote/Great crew. No idea where I go from here. 100% Remote #WebHosting positions are rare.
