Been trying to give @site5 benefit of the doubt since they had great support, but after a week of almost nada I’m wondering what happened.

@site5 whats going on with yr service. used to be amazing, fast and responsive. Now there's NO customer and tech support. ID KOD-744-34438

After all the noise from @site5 about mod_userdir not being incorrectly configured, they quietly fixed it. I guess that's good enough :/
