@getpantheon My dashboard gives 504 server errors. Can't submit a ticket because support page produces 504 errors too.

Our school district @YESPrep website down due to a "non-technical" mistake by @getpantheon but there isn't anyone to talk to! #Frustrating

Since yesterday, @getpantheon is failing to import #Drupal DB. And they have no clue about it. Had to use #MySQL #Workbench.
