@jonbrealey I am shocked and appalled at @HeartInternet shocking level of customer service. Site down due to 'spam' with no warning

@HeartInternet I am a customer and you have my phone number. Taking a site down without prior communication is damaging and unacceptable

@HeartInternet all my sites are down and I cant access the reseller control panel! Whats going on, its been 10 mins and NO sites....not good
