@HeartInternet day 5 and you're still having issues. You're rating of Poor 4.9 on TrustPilot is also due to contempt shown to your customers

Thats another two servers now cancelled with @HeartInternet following their recent cockups and ridiculous server outages last month.

@HeartInternet I am a customer and you have my phone number. Taking a site down without prior communication is damaging and unacceptable
