@HeartInternet are incompetent fools. One of my client's servers has been down for 3 days and they still haven't fixed it.

@HeartInternet Still have sites down - last 15hrs approx, what is going on, it goes from bad to worse. Unhappy clients abound.

@HeartInternet The connectivity issue has been resolved and we are monitoring. I'm now getting Internal Server Errors so it's not resolved!
