@HeartInternet Yes raised last night and still has not been looked at. We host over 2000 sites with you this isnt looking good for renewal

Beware anyone that is thinking of hosting with @heartinternet multiple websites down for amost 3 days and no replies to Support Tickets

.@heartinternet have really dropped the ball this month on a personal and professional level. Understand problems BTS but beyond pale now.

@HeartInternet Still have sites down - last 15hrs approx, what is going on, it goes from bad to worse. Unhappy clients abound.
