Thanks @HeartInternet, killing off 1 of our websites (high usage) at 17.23 yest WITHOUT NOTICE, 35mins to resp, site down 4 hours #notcool

Yes @heartinternet, it took 4 hours as the only option given was to move to a new server, so had to update dns. Support was terrible

So having deleted 15yrs of internet sites lost main domain. Caused shutdown of bank a/c. @HeartInternet have started on other bank a/c
