.@HeartInternet apparently content that it’s taking over 3 months(!) to resolve a client’s issue. I’m sorry but that’s embarrassingly poor.

Absolutely ridiculous all I want to be able to do is upload media via a media manager on Wordpress not via FTP @HeartInternet I'm fedup now.
