@HeartInternet those updates are simply not good enough for our clients. Over 1 hour since an update and you won't answer calls. Advise.

We know our website is down. A power supply issue at our hosts @heartinternet who are usually marvellous and will be again no doubt.

@HeartInternet like 4 hours so far since power restored. UPS problems my foot, I doubt you have one in place.
