#heartinternet Server still down and over an hour with no responses to tickets. 16 hours outage is unacceptable for any hosting company.

.@HeartInternet server down (pending investigation), asked to enable via ST, no reply for well over an hour. Not good enough, client is down

It’s becoming increasingly apparent that @HeartInternet have hired Hillary Clinton to look after their email servers. Fucking useless.
