@HeartInternet still 4 sites down, 7 hours later, but error messages are all heading in the right direction. 2 are now just 500 errors

@neilthomas @HeartInternet Still have sites down. Biggest issue is, as a reseller, it looks like I am offering a second rate service!

web site with @HeartInternet went down 2.30pm, up at 9pm with 500 errors.. modx cms so cleared core/cache & problem resolved #heartinternet
