@poppylowdon @HeartInternet same problem here. Their status page shows all OK. Even more annoying is lack of reply or acknowledgment

No sites @HeartInternet promised service at 5pm now 11.45pm and all of our sites are still down - cannot go into tomorrow with no websites!
