@HeartInternet our VPS is still offline, can't log in to Heart to log ticket or force reboot

Note to self. Don't have website / email on same server / dns as my customers. When #HeartInternet goes down I can't keep customers informed

@HeartInternet Loads of sites down. Opened support requests early AM not heard back or resolved. Customer site down! Have angry clients.

@HeartInternet Many support requests - 1 response finally but control panel 503 error. Need xtra 50GB temp to restore site so active again.
