@HeartInternet Day 3 of shared server outages and still no news. Customer service is non-existent. You should be very ashamed of yourselves.

Hey @HeartInternet VPS server is still down despite your status saying they are all fixed. No reply to support tickets for 10 hours #USELESS

Terrible service from @HeartInternet. More then 250 of our clients are down for more then 36 hours unacceptable.
