@HeartInternet our service level Agreement Gaurantee: 99.99% uptime- we replace any failed hardware withing 2 hrs!!!!!

For those interested - @HeartInternet just offered a ‘free month’ of #Premium Hosting to apologise for 60 sites being down over 24 hours lol

@HeartInternet VPS still down (46hrs!) No support update since 10pm. Live chat staff being unhelpful. Hard to justify keeping £3.5k/pa spend
