I asked @HeartInternet for my ‘free’ month of premium hosting to be credited. They’ve offered a 1 month EXTENSION lol to Feb 2017! #deluded

@CatCalledJames @jaytothejones @HeartInternet ALWAYS have offsite backup/disaster recovery strategy. Blame is easy. Responsibility is hard.

@HeartInternet The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.

Finding very hard to believe that it was just a power issue @HeartInternet 3 days with no access is starting to worry me
