@HeartInternet you're communication leaves a lot to be desired. It's almost as bad as your complete lack of competence as a hosting company.

@heartinternet Is hosted exchange having problems, losing connection every 30sec or so, so attachments don't send

Cheers @HeartInternet From Monday to Friday I haven't had a single day of full service; email problems, sites slow, sites down, now no FTP.

@HeartInternet Yes apart from some MySQL errors on 575156 (kvmhost91) which are preventing a db fix. Ticket has been updated.
