Appalled at @HeartInternet's terrible service the last few days. One of my client's websites has been down for over 48h! Surprisingly bad.

@HeartInternet still NOTHING done overnight. Ticket raised 72 HOURS AGO. Now @Google are reporting errors on the server. GET THIS DONE.
